Convention Weekend for The Canadian Society for Creative Leathercraft

May 8, 9 & 10, 2017

The weekend Theme is like groovy man

Rates per night are approximately: $149 Double Occupancy/night, plus applicable taxes

Please book your rooms prior to April 4 to insure your room Please indicate that you are a CSCL Member when booking, as a block of rooms are being held for us.

Sixty’s & Seventy’s
Get your Bell Bottoms out of the closet, maybe a pair of Dessert Boots. Bring on some Cool Figure & 3D stamps… Toads, Butterfly, and Mushrooms. Get some fringe on that Vest!

For Early Bird Registrants

The first 3 registrations prior to April 5th will receive a $10 Bill cash on the barrelhead at the Banquet.

Saturday 10 – 12 Stash bag w/fringe

Saturday 1:30 – 4:30 Challenge 3 hours to make an exact Al Stohlman project for Cash Prizes.

Saturday Key Kit Carving or Tooling
For those not in the Challenge.

Sunday Workshop TBD
Sunday 9 – 12 Leisurely Activity may have an Extra Materials Fee

The theme will be Sixty’s
Fashions and music.
Hats..Vests..Platform Shoes

Trips to Tundra Leather will be on Saturday. Van and driver will be ferrying to and from
10:30 – 12 sign up early for your tour.
$5 fee for transportation

Judging April 23, 2017
All Fellow, Associate and Weston Trophy pieces must be mailed or delivered to Tundra Leather, Attn: Sean
Dalgetty, 313 King Street East, Hamilton, Ontario L8N
1C1. All items must arrive by 10:00 a.m. Saturday,
April 25, 2020 If sending by courier it is recommended that they arrive by Thursday April 23. Must be paid up

Annual Dues
Your Annual Dues are payable by March 31st, 2017.
Members must be paid up to have their items Judged.

Non-Members
Non-Members are welcome to attend the Annual
Meeting and demo/workshops on payment of extra registration fee and Material Fees but will not have voting power.
Non-Members may attend the banquet paying the banquet fee.
