Leathercraft Society tours pottery studio

Canadian Society for Creative Leathercraft, Woodstock Branch, held a picnic in June at the home and pottery studio of Roma Middleton, Washington.

After a pot-luck supper, Beulah Reynolds conducted the business meeting. Arrangements were discussed about manning the C.S.C.L. booth at the Canadian National Exhibition. Carol McLean reported on programs for the '75-'76 season.

After the meeting, Mrs. Middleton invited members into her home and studio, where she described some of the steps in creating pottery. Many attractive Middleton pottery objects were on display.

The next meeting will be held September 25, 7:30 p.m., at Springbank School.
