The Canadian National Exhibition awards of 1961, printed in the Summer 1961 issue, p7, give Class 220, any tooled leather article, first place to “Mr. Albert Shynall, London, Ont.”; the 1962 table in the Fall 1962 issue, p4, gives the tooled leather article of commercial design to “Mr. A. Shynal”. One competitor in two successive years, the surname set with one l and with two, but no page prints both forms.
Won first place in the Canadian National Exhibition's Class 220, for an original tooled leather design, in 1961.
