About this archive

How the archive is organised

The archive has 1,378 pages, of a few dozen kinds. Almost all of them sit in the six sections of the menu, under the home page; a few, at the end, describe the archive itself. This page lists each kind, says what it holds, and how many pages there are.

For search engines and AI readers

The same structure is offered to machines in three places: the sitemap lists every page above; llms.txt summarises the archive for AI assistants; and every page carries schema.org structured data, with each person, award and newsletter issue defined once and referred to everywhere else. All the people are also published as data, with their sources, in one file for download.
