Welcomed as a new Member-at-Large from Newcastle, New Brunswick in the Winter 1997 newsletter. She started leathercraft in 1986 as an employee of the Weston Tandy Leather store, hired by Bill Whittingham; moved to New Brunswick in 1987 and kept up the craft on her own. In 1997 she started her own leathercraft business, "Shooters Leather Crafting," in Miramichi, N.B.
