Everything the Society’s own records say of Fred Fischer — the offices held, the standings conferred, and the awards won — gathered on one page. Where the records are silent, so is this one.
Of Buffalo, N.Y. Beyond his 1955 election as 2nd Assembly Panel Moderator, the newsletter records him drafting the International Assembly's (I.A.L.C.) Constitution and By-Laws, approved by its Advisory Board in May 1959, serving again on the International Assembly's expert panel in 1958, and acting as Master of Ceremonies at the 1960 Assembly banquet — and, in 1957, exhibiting a pair of stamped cuff links, praised in the newsletter's review of the Assembly Salon (1963-summer p3; 1958-summer p11; 1960-summer p3; 1957-summer p7).
From Summer 1963, page 3.
