Tannis Pond

← People of the Society

Everything the Society’s own records say of Tannis Pond — the offices held, the standings conferred, and the awards won — gathered on one page. Where the records are silent, so is this one.

Author of “Hubby’s Hanky Box”, a leather hanky box pattern published in The Craftsman, Vol. 9 No. 5, July/August 1965. The Society’s newsletter reprinted it twice: in Winter 2014–15, under that title, and in Summer 2018, under the newsletter’s own heading “An Ideal from the Craftsman Magazine”. Its “chap button (Vol. V No. 5)” points to an earlier issue of that magazine, not to the Society’s newsletter. No CSCL branch, membership, or other role is stated beyond the byline.

From Winter 2014–2015, page 6; and Summer 2018, page 10.
