Leather Masks

Outline
The workshop will use Veg Leather to construct molded masks. There will be three or four patterns to choose from, shown below. Dying and painting will used along with surface decoration tho give the masks a macabre or fun look.

Tools
Please bring your tools, there will be loaners and some tools to purchase.
Hair Blades, Propetals, Backgrounders, pattern bevelers, spoons and scale making punches.
Supplied material – 5 - 7oz Leather, Feathers, dye, Cova Colour needles and thread, burnish gum, rivets and head strap.
Supplied loaner tools – all the tools above plus clamping boards, smooth hammers,
