Communications:
We are back to having regular meetings after the Covid19 hiatus.
We were not sure if Paul’s office was going to be available to us for our regular meetings. We had done some
research for other office locations. We learned the costs run between $25.00 to $45.00 per hour plus reserving
a location was not guaranteed. Kim made a motion to pay Paul for the rental of his property. This was
seconded by Jimmy and approve by all. Paul was not part of the decision making or voting. The following
schedule is the amount to be paid to Paul for the rental of his facility.
