Meeting Minutes

Meeting held at Paul’ Office, Mississauga
Attending Members: Richard Borrow, Barry Taylor, Elizabeth Gyuran, Eugene Pik, Jim Wilkes, Karen Weber,
Lucy Tremblay,Paul Kitchener, Kim Winchester
Meeting Minutes from March, 2019: Approved as read. As moved by Karen, seconded by Barry and
approved by all.
Treasurer’s Report: Let the minutes of the Treasures Report be accepted as presented. As moved by Paul,
seconded by Jimmy and approved by all.
Membership: A new year begins and Membership Fees dues April 1, 2019 in the amount of $50.00. We
currently have 11 members confirmed.
Communications:
Norland will be hosting The Annual Meeting on May 3rd, 4th & 5th in Lindsay Ontario. Annual invitation was sent
out. Please be sure to RSVP. Book your hotel room soon to ensure you have a place to stay.
Review of articles for the Weston Trophy. Items selected to represent Mississauga were Chaps from Richard,
Bella purse from Elizabeth, Antique finished purse from Gregory, and a Leather mug from Eugene.
For the table display – fabric table cloth from Paul, Karen to loan us a leather table cloth & grid for hanging
items, Kim to bring boxes to prop up article on display.
Kim to purchase a magnifying lamp for the President table from Princess Auto.
Reminder for everyone to donate an article to the white elephant prize table.
Meeting for the Fellows to judge the articles for the Weston Trophy to be held on April 28 2019 at Lauch’s
home.
