Fellows of CSCL Meeting
January 26th, 2022 On Google Meet at 7:30pm
Fellows Meeting: Lauch, Eugene, Sean, Karen, Kim, David, Nancy,
Call to Order
Minutes of last meeting April 25th, 2021 Read and accepted.
Business Arising from Last Meeting
1. Timing
1. The Judging for the Virtual Annual will be on Wednesday May 11 at 7:30pm
2. Entries will close on April 30 At Midnight.
2. Judging Parameters
a) Judges will score entries out of 10
b) Judging will be anonymous only Eugene will know the Maker
c) 4 Fellows or more will attend the Judging
d) Judging marks will be submitted two days prior to the Judges Meeting
e) Craft Ribbons – A Majority of Judges scoring an item over 80 will result in a Ribbon
f) Salon Ribbons – A Majority of Judges indicating Craft will result in a Ribbon
g) The Best of Level will be given for 3 or more members entering in each level
h) Photos will be Available for Members to see
i) Category for Prizes picked by Judges CSCL Cash Prizes and Awards Best Moulding, Best Tooling or
Colouring (Robert Muma Award $50), Best Hard Sculpture ($20), Woodstock Heritage ($50). Best General
Member, Best Fellow, Best in Show ($50) and other Categories as deemed necessary.
3. Associate, Fellow or Weston Trophy Judging will only be Judged in person.
Criteria for the Virtual Leatherwork Annual Competition
to be released to the Newsletter and all the Branches.

Entries close April 30 at midnight
Open to all members in good standing.
Maximum of articles/item per Member is 5
Minimum of 4 photos per item. Photos must show all sides
Photos must be in focus
300Kb Minimum size
Explanation/Description of each pieces less than 50 words would be appreciated
