Daisy Carruthers
Everything the Society’s own records say of Daisy Carruthers — the offices held, the standings conferred, and the awards won — gathered on one page. Where the records are silent, so is this one.
In memoriam · January 1963
A member of the Barrie Branch, which in the same season lost Herm Tomlinson. Her death is recorded in the Branch's annual report for 1962/63 in the Spring 1963 newsletter: the members "were very grieved in the passing of Herm Tomlinson in September and Daisy Carruthers in January." The Branch then had 23 members and an average attendance of 14.
