The Society’s Records
Margaret Fader
← People of the Society · on record 1969
Everything the Society’s own records say of Margaret Fader — the offices held, the standings conferred, and the awards won — gathered on one page. Where the records are silent, so is this one.
In memoriam · 18 May 1974
Of the London membership, who died on Saturday 18 May 1974. The Spring 1974 newsletter printed, in tribute, a poem written for her by her friend Doris Beacham of Dorchester — "THE LEATHER GUILD" — which the newsletter said showed "how her enjoyment of working with leather inspired her friend" to write it.
From Spring 1974, page 8.
