CSCL's guest instructor at the 2012 Annual Weekend (Houston, Texas; 1999 Al Stohlman Award winner); presented with a Zalitis Pin as a memento on his departure, 22 April 2012.
Awarded an Honourary Fellowship in 2012, as the Society's guest instructor at that year's Annual Weekend. The Society's last newsletter names him an Honorary Member-at-Large, a professional artist living and working in the United States, a graphic artist and author of leathercraft books on carving styles and colour; at the 2012 Convention his making of a ‘plug embossing’ horse head that could be used as an appliqué was well attended.
