Presented his Fellow Membership at the 53rd Annual, 26 April 2003, by Carol McLean, FCSCL, and Bill Whittingham, FCSCL, on an average of 86.3% for a Carved Rifle Case, a Moulded and Stitched Vase, "Peter's" Swivel Knife Case, and the "Fox" Mask. The 2006 newsletters call him FCSCL throughout.

A Hamilton Branch member and Fellow. He showed five pieces at Leather 2004, the Society's biennial juried exhibition at the Hamilton Public Library, 55 York Boulevard, 2-30 November 2004, with the Hamilton guild. He chaired the Council of Fellows for over a decade before becoming the Society's President in 2024. He showed five pieces at Leather 2000: Fifty Years of Leather Art, the Society’s exhibition in the Grand Hall Gallery of the Woodstock Museum, 466 Dundas St., 20 May to 17 June 2000 (Photo Album with Saddle Motif; Rattlesnake Inlaid Belt; Rattlensake Inlaid Spur Straps; Belt Pouch with Celtic Motif; Waxed Leather Moose Call).
