← Back to the Photo Gallery · 13 photographs

The second part of the Society's pewter casting workshop, held on 23 September 2017. Part 1, in April 2016, had made polymer-clay models, and was announced as the prerequisite for part 2, “Silicone mold making and pouring the liquid pewter”. The photographs show the pewter melted on a camp stove and ladled into silicone moulds, and a finished casting of a rose with leaves. The Society's Facebook page, album “CSCL workshop - Pewter casting - part 2”, photographs of 23 September 2017; the part 1 flyer, “CSCL Workshops presents Pewter Casting with Eugene Pik”, for 16 April 2016.
