Call to Order: At 8:23 pm
Minutes of last meeting: November - December 3 , 2024 were read and Moved by Doug, Second by Jim - Carried
Business arising from the Minutes of the Last Meeting(s):
a) Annual General Meeting in Hamilton at the Visitors Inn on May 9 &10
b) Virtual Annual Judging and Weston Trophy April 25 or 26 invite goes out on April 3
c) Council of Fellows to hold meeting in March to set rules for the Virtual Competition
d) Continuation Committee has set the rules for voting on dissolution see the Continuation Minutes
e) Library – donate the library to Paul for the use at his Leather Museum Moved by Doug 2nd Jim carried
f) Mississagua Guild – Future unknown
g) Guest Spot – Guest Spot is open no change
