    Presented his Associate Standing and the Zalitis Pin at the 53rd Annual, 26 April 2003, by Carol McLean, FCSCL, and Bill Whittingham, FCSCL, on an average of 82.2% for a Black Stitched Satchel, Dyed Belt, Laced Picture Frame and Trapper's Mitts. A Winter 2011-2012 byline still calls him an Associate. Still an Associate as of 12 January 2013 (cscl-workshop-lacing-and-stitching-2013, workshop leader bio), consistent with the other mentions on file from 2012-2017.

    Still printed ACSCL (Associate) as of Winter 2011-2012 (canadian-leathercraft-winter-2011-2012-newsletter-by-cscl p7, byline "Lauch Harrison ACSCL") and again 25 October 2014 (canadian-leathercraft-fall-2014-newsletter-by-cscl p3), narrowing the window to 2012-2019. Also still ACSCL on 19 March 2017 (see the Associate row's note).

A Hamilton Branch member who showed five pieces at Leather 2004, the Society's biennial juried exhibition at the Hamilton Public Library, 55 York Boulevard, 2-30 November 2004, with the Hamilton guild; served several terms as the Society's President between 2006 and 2023 and for years also held its Privacy Officer and Workshops posts; was one of the nine members whose work was shown in Leather 2013: Creative Versatility at the Woodstock Art Gallery, 12 January to 2 March 2013, each writing about their own pieces in the exhibition’s own pages; and was later Secretary of the Council of Fellows, and the author of the Continuation Committee's 2025 report on the Society's future.
