Of McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, aged 80; a retired chemical operator from USS Chemicals, leathercrafter, firearms instructor and a 65-year veteran Boy Scouting scouter. A CSCL Member-at-large, he was founder and president of the "Pitt Pounders" leathercraft guild, succeeded by Chris Kearns. An annual award was to be presented in his memory. Submitted by his son, Howard (Bud) F. Brock Jr.
