The Society’s Records
Irene Lane
Everything the Society’s own records say of Irene Lane — the offices held, the standings conferred, and the awards won — gathered on one page. Where the records are silent, so is this one.
In memoriam · 16 August 1987
A member of the Hamilton Branch “for many, many years,” reported in the same Autumn 1987 notice (p. 4) as Clara Cavanagh's, written by Mildred Kemp. She had 54 years' service with Eaton's, continuing part-time after her official retirement, and is remembered alongside her long-time companion Betty Henstridge, a fellow Hamilton member who predeceased her.
