Meeting Minutes

Meeting held at Paul’s Office, Mississauga
Attending Members: Gord Hammel, Eugene Pik, Lucie Tremblay, Richard Borrow, Barry Taylor, Jim Wilkes,
Paul Kitchener, Lester Pinter, Kim Winchester. Guest attending: Carlos Dela Cruz
Meeting Minutes from December 2019: No meeting held.
Treasurer’s Report: Accepted as presented. As moved by Paul, seconded by Richard and approved by all.
Membership: No change at 17 members.
Communications: Our guest Carlos has a design for a vision screen to which we contributed ideas &
solutions.

New Business:
The Annual Meeting is set May 8, 9 & 10 at the Vistors Inn Hamilton. Reminder to all - we need to be working on projects
for the Weston trophy. Should anyone be applying for the Associate membership or Fellowship, please let the Fellows
know so they can assist you with your articles.
To make our monthly meetings meaningful, we need your input on workshop ideas. Lester has suggested making key fob
in the shape of little revolver and cowboy boot. These workshops only need to be 45 minutes. If there is any skills
questions, this is our forum - so please don’t be shy.
