Meeting held at Paul’s Office, Mississauga
Attending Members: Richard Borrow, Cam Doell, Elizabeth Gyuran, Paul Kitchener, Bob Pfister, Lester
Pinter, Douglas Schavo, Barry Taylor, Lucie Tremblay, Jim Wilkes, Kim Winchester.
Meeting Minutes from February 13, 2020: Accepted as presented. Moved by Bob, Seconded by Richard,
approved by all.
Treasurer’s Report: Accepted as presented. As moved by Kim, seconded by Cam and approved by all.
Membership: April 1 is the beginning of a new year. We have only 7 seven members paid up so far. For
those whom have not paid yet, please do so at your first opportunity.
The FEE: $40.00 ( CSCL) + $10.00 (Local Guild) total = $50.00

Communications:
The invitation for the annual meeting was sent out shortly after this meeting. Unfortunately, The
Annual Meeting had been postponed until further notice due to Covid 19 pandemic.
All scheduled meetings and workshops were also postponed until further notice.
The workshops listed below will resume after we all get back to normal.
Tentative M.S.C.L. Workshop dates:
1. Sewing with sewing machines – lead by Karen Weber - Messenger bag–Saturday April 25, 2020 – 10
to 4pm
2. Quirt (short Whip) part 1- core ; part 2- Braid over core – lead by Lester Pinter – June13 & 14, 2020
3. Gloves – lead by Kim Winchester – early September 2020
[On the first of these three the sheet strikes through, with a ruled line, the numeral and the words from “Saturday” to “4pm”; the rest of the item is left standing.]

New Business:
The Annual Meeting is set May 8, 9 & 10 at the Vistors Inn Hamilton. Reminder to all - we need to be working on projects
for the Weston trophy. Should anyone be applying for the Associate membership or Fellowship, please let the Fellows
know so they can assist you with your articles.
