Annual Competition
May 3rd, 2024 at Ramada Inn Lindsay
To the Council of Fellows -Regarding Judging the 2024 Competition
Present: Lauch, Sean
Call to Order at 8:05 pm
The Annual Competition was judged on May 3, 2024. Sean & Lauch met in the Scuggog Room at
Ranmada Inn Lindsay to discuss and judge the entries submitted by three General Members and four Fellows.
The judges received encouragement from the CSCL Executive Council to include Biennial Prizes with the
Annual Awards. To that end 9 Craft Ribbons and 7 monetary prizes were given.
The quality of the entries allowed the Judges to give out Best in Show - $50, Muma Award for Tooling
and Colouring - $50, Best CSCL Workshop - $50 Michigan Soft Leather - $50 Irva Ford for Molding and Best
Fellow Member - $50 and three Craft Ribbons to Kim Winchester see below for details.
Jim Wilkes received Best General Member - $50 and a Craft Ribbon for the Bison
