Business Arising from the last meeting
Annual – The Annual was poorly attended only 15 registered. But we had a great time. The loss for this year was
$440.95. A copy of the report is attached.
Membership – We still do not have Membership from Mississauga. We had a discussion on membership. The
results being send your membership list to Kim Winchester and your money to Della Chynoweth by e transfer or
cheque. If Della Chynoweth receives any directly she will let Kim know.
It is very important that membership be received by March 31 members not is good standing cannot receive
awards.
Bill Whittingham – Paul Kitchener hopes to have his place ready by the end of June or early July. When we find
out for sure we set a date to catalogue Bill’s possessions. When we have more information Jim Wilkes will
contact everyone to see if they are available to help.

MAL- Thank you to our Librarian for pulling 13 new loans and to Jim for dropping them off, meeting up at Tim Horton's, Woodstock on Saturday, March 23.
