Call to order: at 8:47 pm
Della Chynoweth read the minutes of the last meeting. Changes Lauch Harrison to Jim Wilkes as 1st Vice. Jim
Wilkes moved the Minutes with revisions be accepted. Seconded Barbara Chynoweth. Carried.
Business Arising from the last meeting
Annual – We have some possible changes Lester and Gregory may not be able to make it to do their program’s.
If Lester can’t make it Lauch Harrison has agreed to do a sharpening workshop in his place and if Gregory can’t
make it Eugene Pik has said he will do it.
Insurance – Della Chynoweth contacted the agent she had previously sent out a renewal but not sure to where.
The new policy was received and sent to the exec. Money was transferred to cover our insurance and we are
covered again.

• Council of Fellows – Lauchlan Harrison – Fellows will be meeting for judging April 27, 2019 to do the
Judging for Fellows, Associate and Weston Trophy.

• Newsletter – Barbara Chynoweth- has finished and is sending out the winter newsletter.

New Business
Resignation – Eugene Pik has resigned as Membership Chair.
Bill Whittingham's Estate – Eugene Pik received a call about Bill Whittingham's leather tools and leather. They are cleaning out Bill's house to sell. Eugene and his Wife picked up the stuff and it is now at Paul Kitchener's Warehouse. After the Annual we will ask for volunteer's to sort and catalogue Bill's stuff. We will set a date in June or July to get together to sort and catalogue Bill's leather goods.
