Call to order: Meeting to order 2:30 pm
Della Chynoweth moved that we accept the minutes of the February 26, 2015 meetings as circulated. Seconded by
Tracey Howard. Carried.
Business Arising from the last meeting
Annual 2016 – Dave Trotter is going to do a demonstration. Kim Muskrat will be there but we are not sure what
she is going to do yet. The registration will be going out soon. She will send a list of awards with it.
Biennial News – Nancy Durham is to check with Madeleine Mitchell to get the contact information etc for the Art
Gallery in Woodstock for the Biennial.
Constitution Committee- Constitution has been sent out electronically to those with Email and by regular post for
those who don’t.

• 1st Vice President – Jim Wilkes – No Report.
• 2nd Vice President – Lauch Harrison – No Report
• Council of Fellows – Sean Dalghetty – Meeting will be at Paul Kitchener 885 Rangeview Road April 29,
2016. All entries for the Weston Trophy, Fellows and Associate have to be at Tundra April 29, 2016 or
brought to 885 Rangeview on April 28 t6 be judged. They have ribbons for this year. Awards not meeting
the criteria for the award will not be given out. Jim Wilkes will print the tickets for judging.
• Treasurer’s Report – Della Chynoweth – I have paid our membership to the OCC. We need to get the
Insurance paid. Lauch took the information last meeting and was to get it done.
• Bulletin – Madeleine Mitchell is sending the email list to Barbara Chynoweth.
• Web – No Report.
• Membership – Barbara Chynoweth- 52 members, 2 Sustaining and 4 Life. Send any changes to Barbara.
• Library – Paul Kitchener – No report.
• Correspondence – No Report.
• Workshop – 15 people attended the workshop. It is a great success. Karen will be doing part 2 in a couple
of months.

Mississauga – Jim Wilkes – Worked on braiding.
Norland – Tracey Howard – Attended the workshop in lieu of our meeting.
