Of Hamilton, an Associate of the Society from 1958, he served as President of the Hamilton Branch before becoming the Society's President from 1961 to 1963. His work won a Canadian Handicrafts Guild Competition Honourable Mention in 1957 and a Pacific National Exhibition Honourable Mention in 1964.
