A Fellow of the Society and, at the time of her death, Vice-President of C.S.C.L., Chairman of the Council of Fellows and Editor of the newsletter. She died near her home in Snelgrove. The Society already carries her own “Who's Who in Leathercraft” profile, printed Summer 1981. Many of her projects won prizes.

The Council of Fellows' own report for 1975-76 gives her mark: elected to Associate Membership with an average of 78.92% (the Annual Meeting 1976: programme, West Plains United Church, Burlington, p10). - Fellow of the CSCL 1981
A member for fifteen years when she completed her Fellowship at the 1981 Annual Meeting. She was well known for her demonstrations. She showed one piece at Leather '78, the Society's exhibition at the Etobicoke Civic Centre, 550 Burnhamthorpe Road, November 1978. Her main interests were tooling, carving, colouring, lace-cutting, braiding, embossing, filigree and inlay; her awards included Most Original Entry twice at the Society’s Biennial Exhibitions. Her required technical article for Canadian Leathercraft was “A Survival Kit” (Volume XXVI, No. 1, page 8), and she wrote the Who’s Who profile of Jessie Little. She showed five pieces at Leather '82, the Society's exhibition at the City of Brampton Library and Art Gallery, Bramalea, 3 July to 1 August 1982.

- Study
- By 1981 she had been a practitioner in the craft of leatherwork for thirty-three years. She received instruction in the craft from Mrs. Isobel Joyce, Mrs. Jessie Little, Mr. Paul Williams, Mr. David Trotter and Mr. Rex Lingwood, and acknowledged learning from just about all the leathercrafters in the C.S.C.L.

- She taught in the Peel schools and in Brampton and Bramalea, and taught leathercraft in the secondary system.
