A Director of the Society and a member since 1972, died at 91. Reported in the Membership section of the 2011-61st-annual-meeting-reports (minutes of the 60th Annual General Meeting, May 2010): "one of our Directors, who has been a member since 1972... passed away at 91." No more precise date given.

    One of six named at the 53rd Annual General Meeting, MAL; biographies read by members called on by Dorothy McPherson. The date of the official presentation had not yet been announced on this page. A profile in newsletter 2003-fall pp3-4 has her a member for 31 years (joined 1972), first trying leathercraft as a girl in CGIT (Canadian Girls in Training); later a Belleville Leather Guild member with Dorothy Harwood and Vera Farara, and Belleville Branch President; after that branch disbanded she continued as a Member-at-Large, attending nearly every CSCL Annual and staffing the CNE booth; she also took a five-day leather course at Georgian College with CSCL Fellow Clara Cavanaugh.
